Ok, so we got back from the ruins and turned in the rental car and Ginger was feeling very very bad. So we HAD to find somewhere to stay and we didn't want to go back to the hostel. I'm gonna post about the hostel later. I had a funny incident with a Japanese tourist there. Anyway, we walked a little and Ginger felt so bad that we were getting a little desperate. So we decided we had to have a fantastic hotel in case we (she) were stuck inside for a couple of days getting to know the bathroom really well. We decided on the Hotel El Balám. It was downtown in a nice area near parks. It was beautiful. It was $100 a night. Ouch. But we HAD to. Ginger was sicky-poo.
