Joxer Song

This was on my birthday with my sister. I was 38 and we were at a lake in somewhere, NC looking at migratory swans.
Just because I can't get the song out of my head, I thought I'd post the lyrics to the Joxer the Mighty song. (Thanks to Whoosh).

Joxer the Mighty
Roams through the countryside
He never needs a place to hide
With Gabby as his sidekick
Fighting with her little stick
Righting wrongs and singing songs
Being mighty all day long
He's Joxer—he's Joxer the Mighty!
Oohhhhhh—
He's Joxer the Mighty
He's really tidy
Everybody likes him
'Cause he has a funny grin
Joxer—
Joxer the Mighty!

Of course I always substitute Jenny for Joxer.
I guess today was not my day to conquer the world, but there's always tomorrow.

This is my baby Gilligan. He went to the vet this morning for his annual shots and check-up. He has gained about 5 pounds since the last visit so I have to start monitoring his food again. He misses Sunny, too.
I drove up to Nashville today to meet Miss Naincy for lunch (big Mexican food) and then drove back. I got to see Bobby and Lynn and Derek and the doggies. Everybody seems to be all right. We practiced our Xena Warrior Princess kicks. Nancy can do the kicks better than I can so she might get to be Xena when we go to the convention in California next year and I'll have to be Gabrielle (fighting with her little stick...). If I were short I'd look more like Gabby but it's just a convention and from some of the pictures I've seen, they don't care too much for verisimilitude.
