Those canny Inca...



This is totally cool! Ginger took pictures of this piece of cloth that holds the worlds record for number of threads per inch. And it was made between 1200 and 1532 CE. Nobody today can even do this. It boggles the mind.

Ok, I was at Target the other day and noticed they had sheets for sale that had 450 threads per inch. I said to Luis, "Uh oh. I've been telling everyone that that Incan record has never been beat. Ever." We were both quiet for a second, and then had a good laugh! But I figured I may as well try to correct my mistakes before someone else does...
