Doctor Luis - Part IV

After the first part of the ceremony we all went, along with Rodrigo's family, to a fast-food burrito place for a quick lunch before the second ceremony. I was only able to get one or two good pictures at the second ceremony. Luis' other brother Alfredo couldn't come, but he and his wife Lily sent a cake. The k9 boys couldn't keep their little eyes off of it.

Here he is walking and getting his diploma. And here we are, trying not to cry. And I can't resist another of my hi-speed action-packed crown shots. Did I mention that Rodrigo graduated at the same time and you can see him in the photos. He is sitting on the very front row and Luis is on the 3rd row.

This is from Luis' graduation. He earned his PhD from North Carolina State University on 17 December 2008. We are all so very, very proud of him! I am also proud of my hi-speed photography. What artistry. Can you see Luis and Rodrigo?
